Charlotte Roller Girls dominate in season opener

On Saturday, March 6, the Carolina Bootleggers roller derby team rolled into the Grady Cole Center for what was expected to be a hard-fought match with the Charlotte Roller Girls.

While the match started out in fierce competition, the ladies in purple and black proved too much for Carolina and sent Carolina back to Durham after a crushing 108-46 defeat. The next match is on April 10 in a double-header: CQS Miss B-havers vs. CLTRG B Dazzlers and

Dominion Derby Dames vs. CLTRG All-Stars — get your tickets early, as the March 6 bout sold out quickly.
