Arts / News Birthday celebration for Chucklehead Scott Pacitti

You've got about a week to go shopping for a birthday present for Scott Pacitti, the leader of Actor’s Crib, Inc., Planet Improv, Pink Turtle Improv, and the director, host, sometimes performer of the Chuckleheads. I recommend something that smells nice or something blue.

What? You're so broke you can't afford to go shopping for a new pair of socks?

OK. That's understandable.

Instead, why don't you go celebrate the last few hours before his birthday at the Scott Pacitti's Birthday is Tomorrow Comedy Improv Extravaganza at Morehead Street Tavern (300 E. Morehead St.) on April 9. It's guaranteed to be a good time, with performances by Pink Turtle Improv, The Chuckleheads and a student show with Burgher and his Fries. And it'll make the birthday boy happy.

There will also be raffle drawings throughout each show with prizes including tickets to upcoming Blumenthal Performing Arts Center shows. Birthday presents for patrons? Score!

7 p.m. Burgher and his Fries (student show.)

8 p.m. Pink Turtle Improv

9 p.m. The Chuckleheads

Admission is $10 when reserved in advance and  $15 at the door.
