Attorney General Roy Cooper says he's taking the case to get CMPD officer Randall Kerrick indicted on voluntary manslaughter to a different grand jury. There will be a rally tonight in support of the victim Jonathan Ferrell and his family.

Marriage equality creeps closer to North Carolina: This morning, Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring said he will stop defending the ban on same-sex marriage.

The LGBT Community Center of Charlotte may close at the end of February.

The first Publix Charlotte store opens at the end of February.

Bill Cosby is coming back to TV.
