'She’s still very ill … but she’s sitting up and she’s talking with us and she’s able to move about. And drinking lots of fluid, which is good for her. That’s her main job these days.'"
The Senate is expected to vote on a $21 billion budget that will provide raises for teachers, but at the expense of statewide agencies.
