First Drip (4/2/15): New abortion bill in N.C., more

Four female Republican N.C. lawmakers have proposed a bill that would make a woman wait 72 hours to have an abortion (as opposed to 24 hours); make it so that only an obstetrician or gynecologist can perform the procedure; and restrict state-run facilities from offering abortions.

A noose was found hanging from a tree at Duke University. School officials don't have any leads on who did it. Hundreds of students marched in protest.

Indiana is set to announce revisions this morning to the religious freedom law that's gotten a lot of scrutiny, extending protections to the LGBT community.
