The N.C. House overwhelmingly passed a bill that would allow people of any age to use CBD oils – or cannabis oils – to treat intractable epilepsy. The bill, which passed 112-2 in the House after passing 47-0 in the Senate, will now head to Gov. Pat McCrory's desk, where he is expected to sign it quickly. CBD oils are genetically engineered from marijuana plants to be extremely low in THC, making it impossible to get high on the oils.
