Joe Satriani is suing Coldplay, claiming that the band's recent hit, "Viva La Vida," is a copy of his song, "If I Could Fly."

They definitely sound similar....but then so does this song by The Creaky Boards. And the Boards claim Martin was in the crowd at one of their shows...
