Kill Devil Hill Seekers of grinding hard rock, the kind that’s blues-ingested and heat blasted with rat-a-tat drumming, will dig Kill Devil Hill. The quartet features Rex Brown, (ex-Pantera, Down) and Vinny Appice (ex-Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell, Dio), whose ballsy rock, cue aforementioned bands of the combo, pretty much sets up a brewski-drenched, testosterone-fueled night.
