Music Menu Trombone Shorty tonight at the Visualite Theatre

Like most great New Orleans musicians, Trombone Shorty brings enthusiasm to the stage that’s as unique as the overwhelming flavor of the city itself. Growing up in the Tremé neighborhood, he’s been performing since the age of four and has talent well beyond his 25 years. His vocals are as strong as his horn, too.

With Kids These Days. $17-$20. 8 p.m. Visulite Theatre.
