First notes (6/16/2014): Casey Kasem dead at 82

* "American Top 40" host Casey Kasem died at age 82 of complications from dementia on Sunday.

* NPR is streaming the new Phish album, Fuego.

* Some parents named their twins Ghostface and Raekwon Lieberman. Seriously.

* Drake and Lil Wayne will be at PNC Music Pavilion on Aug. 30. Tickets go on sale Friday.

* Curren$y will be at the Fillmore on July 26. Keyshia Cole will be at the Fillmore on Aug. 7. Grouplove and Portugal the Man will be at the Uptown Amphitheatre on Sept. 3. Kenny Wayne Shepherd will play the Fillmore on Sept. 12. Trombone Shorty will be at the Neighborhood Theatre on Sept. 18. A Day to Remember, Chiodos, Bring Me the Horizon will be at the Uptown Amphitheatre on Oct. 7. JJ Grey & Mofro will be at the Neighborhood Theatre on Oct. 9.
