Gallery owner Larry Elder put together a risky juried show that exposed the sumptuous underbelly of the goings-on in visual artists in North and South Carolina. More than a thousand works were submitted; one in nine made the cut. This show was little noted during its run, but will be long remembered by any who ventured a look see. The show needs to be an annual offering in Charlotte.
