Kenston Griffin

Motivational speaker

Kenston J. Griffin travels between the East and West coasts teaching people keys to reaching their highest levels of success. Griffin is a motivational speaker, trainer and CEO for Dream Builders Communication, Inc., the Charlotte consulting firm he founded in 2002.

Griffin received his bachelor's degree in social work with a minor in psychology at Livingstone College and his master's degree in social work with an emphasis in psychology at the University of South Carolina.

"When I was in the 12th grade I was reading on a 10th grade level. What is so unique about that is that I was a person who wasn't even able to read articulately and now I have 3 best selling books that I've been able to write and we train people at Harvard and Yale," Griffin says.

Griffin's three books are titled: New Days, New Ideas, which gives readers 12 points of self motivation per day, If Better Is Possible, Good Is No Longer An Option, a CD-book that features Griffin giving live and in-studio speeches and Your Turning Point Starts Now, which Griffin says, "It starts to look at the philosophy that yesterday ended last night. Let's put all those things aside and begin to put a strategic plan together." This can be done on a monthly, weekly, daily or hourly basis.

When he isn't working, Griffin enjoys sports, playing the drums, spending time with his god children and being actively involved at church.
