Name of Kama Sutra Position: The Stride
Getting into the position: The woman gets into position by either getting down on her hands and knees or hands and feet, whichever catches your fancy! The man then approaches from behind, lifts one of her ankles behind her and places it onto his shoulder. From this point, I think I can leave the rest to your sewer-packed imaginations.
