* Tom Sasser, president of Charlotte-based Harper's Restaurant Group, has closed Arpa-Tapas-Wine Bar-Grill and will reopen the space at 129 West Trade Street the first week of May as Harpers Grill. The Grills menu will be slightly smaller than the regular Harper's Restaurant menu, but will include Betty's pimento cheeseburger, grilled chicken oriental salad and Harper's chicken supremes.
