Food News Openings: Salad Creations, Bite Your Tongue

• Yogesh Patel has opened a Salad Creations in the Ballantyne Commons East center. Hours are 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday; and 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday. 704-542-4644.
• Bite Your Tongue, 1928 Randolph Road, inside of the Randolph Medical Center, is now open on Saturday from 11a.m.until 4 p.m. Weekday hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. 704-332-5730.
