Trade Street in the EpiCentre, is hosting a five-course beer dinner with George Reisch, a fifth generation brewmaster with Anheuser Busch on Thursday, Jan. 14 at 6:30 p.m. Included on the menu are Bud Light Lime braised shrimp; spiced pecan and pear salad; and roasted halibut with toasted orzo.
