The Uptown pizzeria Villa Francesca features some of the best pizza in town. (And that's why it was stop on our Eat My Charlotte Foodie Tour this past weekend!)
Luciano Suppa, owner of Villa Francesca, invited me over to learn how to make pizza this afternoon. Lui makes everything from scratch in house. From the fresh "grandma's sauce" to the pizza dough.
All their dough is every morning. They make about 200 balls of dough each day.
