Ladies and gentlemen, its time to start your engines for the NASCAR Hall of Fames Grand Opening on Tuesday, May 11. The museum (see pics of some of the interior), devoted to spreading educational awareness about the history and heritage of NASCAR, will have free outdoor activities in celebration of its opening. This includes autograph and Q&A sessions with NASCAR celebrities, music from country act Love and Theft and others, food and more.
$12.95-$19.95 ticket admission; free for admission to outdoor activities. 9 a.m.-8 p.m. (Opening ceremony, from 9 a.m.-10 a.m., is free of charge in the standing room only.; at 10 a.m., doors open to the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
