Heres a great story of poetic justice at the expense of an arrogant, bullying bank that would be our own lil Bank of America in Florida. The short version is that BofA, for some reason, tried to foreclose on a Florida couples home *even though the couple had paid cash for the home and didnt owe Bank of America a penny. They took BofA to court and won, but the bank repeatedly refused to pay the couples legal bills, as it was ordered to do by a judge. So heres what the couple did: They sent their attorney, along with two sheriffs deputies and some moving trucks, to foreclose on the local branch of Bank of America. "I'm leaving the building with either cash, a check or a whole lot of furniture," the couples attorney said. The shaken bank manager handed over a check and apologized for any miscommunication. Read the whole story here. Itll warm the cockles of your justice-loving heart.
