Hep A risk for Whiskey Warehouse, Concord Mills Hooters customers

Posted By on Wed, Feb 20, 2013 at 11:39 AM

If you've been to Whiskey Warehouse in Plaza Midwood or Hooters in Concord Mill in the past month, you might need a shot - and I ain't talkin' tequila.

Health officials report a bartender who works at both restaurants tested positive for hepatitis A. Vaccinations are recommended for anyone who ate or drank at Whiskey Warehouse from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 6; 4:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Feb. 9-10; and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 13, according to the Charlotte Observer. The same advisory applies to anyone who went to Hooters on Bruton Smith Boulevard from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 7 and 8.

Does that come with a side of hep A?
