Neighborhood Theatre: Remodeling sneak preview

Posted By on Wed, May 8, 2013 at 10:13 AM

With tonight's Mickey Hart concert being moved from the Neighborhood Theatre to CPCC's Halton Theatre, some people might be wondering what the holdup is. The new management of the NoDa venue, which took over in early March, is hard at work making sure the upgrades are finished, all permits are completed (including the liquor license) and all of the "i's are dotted and t's are crossed."

To give you a glimpse of what's to come, here's a look at the new bar that is in the main entry room of the theatre, and the ramp/landing for the bar in the main concert hall.

Along with this new addition and some repainted walls are upgraded and remodeled bathrooms. There's a lot in store for the Neighborhood Theatre in the coming weeks and months including cleaning off the front windows and upgrading the balcony. From what we've seen so far, it's definitely worth the wait.
