British examiners have determined that the cause of death of the Bank of America intern in London who died after pulling several all-nighters was epilepsy. The death sparked a company-wide examination of working conditions for interns and junior employees.

On Wednesday two local same-sex couples will seek marriage licenses from the Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds to protest the law known as Amendment One. Marriage license granters in several states, including New Mexico and Pennsylvania, have issued licenses in protest of anti-gay marriage laws.

The AMBER Alert website is back after the government shutdown took it offline.
