First Drip (10/21/13): voter ID lawsuit, healthcare exchange glitches, Justin Bieber, more

North Carolina leaders have until today to file arguments defending the controversial voter ID law, which is being challenged by the NAACP and ACLU in court.

In a press conference today President Obama is expected to address technical glitches with the new online health insurance marketplace - and announce that the administration is bringing in outside experts to fix the issues.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie says he will withdraw his legal challenge to the state's brand new same-sex marriage law that as of today allows gay couples to marry.

A 33-year-old Belieber took his fandom to the extreme when he paid $100,000 for plastic surgery to look like Justin.
