CATS bus drivers could strike next week .
In a 64 to 32 vote, the Senate passed the Employment Non-Discrimination Act , which would ban workplace discrimination against gay and transgender employees. The move comes two days after Illinois became the 15th state to legalize same-sex marriage.
With the cooler weather come more jobs, it seems.
President Obama utters those two words no politician ever wants to use: "I'm sorry."
