PHOTOS: McDonald's protest in Charlotte

Posted By on Tue, Mar 18, 2014 at 3:57 PM

On Tuesday, a handful of community organizers held signs outside a McDonald's near W.T. Harris that asked any of the company's workers who hadn't been fairly compensated to call a phone number for advice.

McDonald's workers in California, New York and Michigan filed a class-action lawsuit days ago claiming the company doesn't pay adequate overtime and shaves hours off employee time cards, among other allegations. The suit is demanding McDonald's compensate wages. (Photos by Grant Baldwin.)
