Jon Lindsay signs to Chocolate Lab Records

Local musician Jon Lindsay has signed to Chocolate Lab Records — home to The Houston Brothers, Clock Hands Strangle, Andy Yorke, Motion Turns It On and Paper Round Kid.

Lindsay's debut solo album, Escape from Plaza-Midwood, is scheduled for release on Aug. 17. His new touring band, The Tomahawks, is from Chapel Hill, N.C., and features members of Roman Candle, Max Indian and Bright Young Things.
