Tribute overload

One year after his surprising death, Michael Jackson tributes have dominated the airwaves and Net.

Was he the greatest? Sure. Is his mark on music and culture undeniable? Of course. But do I have to hear 24 hours straight of the King of Pops' classics?

We'll I'm not one to go against the demands of the people...here's some tributes I came across today before I started completely avoiding them. I'll let you decide if they're fitting.

Ron Artest is no fair weather fan of Michael Jackson.

The Los Angeles Lakers enigma and recent NBA champion not only decided to wear #37 in honor of how many weeks Jackson's Thriller album was number #1, he also recorded this tribute, "I Cry For Mike," that while hilarious bad at times is definitely heartfelt.
