There are a number of deals and giveaways going on around the area surrounding the homecoming concert of The Avett Brothers on April 9 at Bojangles Coliseum.

Hello Charlotte Fans!

Do not forget about all the great deals in the Charlotte area to celebrate the homecoming of the Avett Brothers this weekend at Bojangles Coliseum!!

The Laurel Market (114 Cherokee Rd) will have "Avett" inspired sandwiches, designed by Joe Kwon, available for purchase through the day of the show - Ordering one of these enters you in to win a pair of tickets! (www.laurelmarketdeli.com)

Wilson, from Fox News Rising will be live at the Laurel Market this Friday and will be giving away a very limited edition Emotionalism CD for the first 27 customers who order a sandwich from 5:50 a.m. to 9 a.m. He will also announce the winner of the tickets between 8:40 & 8:45 a.m. live on the air!

Pinky's Westside Grill (1600 W. Morehead St) will be giving fans a free small order of fried pickles with a ticket stub or receipt on April 8, 9 & 10! While you are there, make sure to play your favorite Avett Brothers song on the jukebox! (www.pinkyswestsidegrill.com)

Cheerwine & The Rat's Nest vintage store (442 E. 36th St.) are working together to give a bottle of Cheerwine to anyone who comes into the store on April 9th beginning at noon AND all Avett Brothers fans will receive 25% off anything in the store on April 9th! (www.cheerwine.com)

Gates to the parking lot of Bojangles Coliseum open at 2:00pm. Please come tailgate early and check out an exclusive performance by Bob Crawford's side project, The Overmountain Men with some surprise special guests. This performance is from 4:30-5:30pm SHARP on April 9th on the plaza between Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium. This free show is strictly weather permitting. (www.theovermountainmen.com)

We are also partnering with the Second Harvest Food Bank for this event.
