Music Menu Scapegoat CD release tonight

SCAPEGOAT The wait for this Charlotte five-piece hard rock band to drop their album I Am Alien has been long. But fans are eager for a glimpse at what's new with the band that's been holding down the Queen City scene since 1999. Since 2008's Zombie Dog, the band seems to have scaled back their globe-trotting but expect a show for the hometown to be pretty raucous. Modern Primitives, Wretched and The Local Traumatic are also on the bill for this CD release party. $7-$9. Tremont Music Hall.
