Posted By on Fri, Sep 23, 2011 at 10:47 AM

Have some time to kill? The Flaming Lips have released a six-hour song entitled, "I Found a Star on the Ground." If I had to guess, I'd say they're never going to play it live, but I could be wrong...

The Flaming Lips - I Found a Star On the Ground [Part One of Three] by Slow•Nerve•Action 3

The Flaming Lips - I Found a Star On the Ground [Part Two of Three] by Slow•Nerve•Action 2

Jack White, ICP and Mozart?

Posted By on Wed, Aug 31, 2011 at 11:36 AM

Jack White has become a kind of Golden God on the music landscape these days where everything he touches turns to gold in some form or another.

I'm really hoping this is some kind of joke, because it sounds like crap. Jack White, Jeff the Brotherhood, Insane Clown Posse and Mozart have all been mixed together for a song called "Leck Mich Im Arsch."

Did you think that just because Jack White teamed up with the clowns that they'd sound good? Or that Mozart might become more modern. It's exactly what you'd expect — bad rapping over Mozart music with some electric guitar mixed in. It's going to be released on Third Man Records, but you can hear it below if you'd like.

You know... just because you can record something, doesn't mean you should.
