Exhibit gives visitors an interactive glimpse of what the skeletal structures of humans and animals look and feel like and explores how culture, history, health, exercise and medicine are all connected to bones. Through September 1, The Change Game: Playing with Time exhibit gives visitors the opportunity to virtually speed up or slow down time. Omnimax, Top Speed. Film takes the viewer into the lives of four-world class athletes and racing professionals whose lives revolve around the never-ending pursuit of speed. Hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 12:30-6pm. Admission to Discovery Halls or Omnimax separately is $7.50/adults, $6.50/seniors, $6/youth, $5/children. Admission to both is $12/adults, $11/seniors, $10/youth, $8/children.

Facility offers activities for all ages including a maple skating rink, rock climbing wall, video arcade, outdoor skate park, full-service restaurant, pro-shop. Private BMX and skateboard lessons are available; summer camps are also offered. Open 7 days a week.

HOT SOUTHERN NIGHTS. Winthrop University Lake (at the Coliseum), Eden Terrace Boulevard, Rock Hill, SC, 803-323-4528. July 25-26 Enjoy the outdoor collage of theatre, dance and music. HSN will present several family oriented works with a distinctly southern flavor including choreography by Stacy Garrett McConnell and The Dance Project, a one-act musical titled The Adventures of Huck Lynn Finn, directed by Kurt Gerard Heinlein, and live music by regional artists. Bring the family, a blanket and a nice big jug of sweet tea. Music begins at 6:30pm, Theatre/Dance performances begin at 7pm. Free admission, donations accepted.

July 8 Jazz: Celine Berman and Jazztrack, Film: The Rookie. July 15 Jazz: Daryle Ryce, Film: Eight Men Out. July 22 Jazz: Evans and Coppola, Film: A League of their Own. July 29 Jazz: Lauren and Friends, Film: Bad News Bears. Music begins at 7:15pm; movies at 9pm. Admission is $5 for non-members, $4 for Mint members, free for Young Affiliates.
