Mouthful Zebra offers $34 three-course dinner throughout January

, 4521 Sharon Road, has a three course prix fixe dinner special for $34, with 20 percent off any bottle of wine, available throughout January.
This menu includes an appetizer choice of lobster bisque with crème fraiche; truffled mushroom foie gras soup with royale glacage; Zebra Signature vase salad with citrus segments and raspberries; organic baby lettuces salad, Nicoise olives, capers, chevre, toasted pine nuts; traditional Caesar salad; anti pasto vegetables platter with shaved prosciutto; or an organic beet salad with micro arugula and sheep’s milk Roquefort. Entrée choices include short smoked potato fried salmon fillet with chevre, Swiss chard bundle, tomato confit, and Dijon vin blanc; North Carolina Rainbow Trout Française with carrots, haricot verts, risotto, and mustard beurre blanc; filet of beef tenderloin " Dianne " with fingerling potatoes, prosciutto roasted asparagus, and sauce ivoire; lamb tenderloins "Diablo" with celeriac potato puree, melted Swiss chard and glace d'agneau; or chicken breasts sautéed with shrimp Provencal, rissole potatoes and haricot verts. Desserts include a choice of chocolate pecan tart, amaretto mascarpone, raspberries, lemon curd tart with fresh berries; coconut almond dacquoise torte with Amaretto cream and raspberries, vanilla bean crème brûlée or ice cream, sorbet. 704-442-9525.
