Events / Beer March 15: Beer dinner at Paco's Tacos and Tequila

Paco's Tacos in SouthPark will be hosting a three-course Tex-Mex and beer dinner featuring Shiner Beer at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Special guest Jaime Jurado from Spoetzl Brewery will be in attendance. In addition to providing the beers for dinner, the brewery will be raffling off a gift basket with proceeds benefiting Pints for Prostates.
The cost for the dinner is $40 per person. Make reservations by calling (702) 716-8226.

Ambushed Shrimp Skewers
House Made Chicken Tenders with avocado tomatillo sauce
Shiner Dortmunder Draft and Shiner Old-Time Alt Beer
First Course
Barbecue Shrimp Lettuce Wrap
Bibb lettuce stuffed with barbecue shrimp, jicama and pineapple slaw with fresh lime
Shiner Hefeweizen
Second Course
Jalapeño-Bacon Chicken
Grilled chicken breast stuffed with crispy smoked bacon, grilled jalapeños and Mexican cheeses, drizzled with honey-jalapeño sauce. Served with wood grilled mushrooms and Spanish rice.

Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with Shiner Black Lager, accompanied by a dark chocolate tuile cookie
