The Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners passed a resolution Tuesday evening asking state lawmakers to reconsider expanding Medicaid.

Another day, another potential deal. Fox News reports the Senate leaders are closing in on a potential budget agreement.

A magnitude-7.1 earthquake hit the Philippines, killing 100.

An 18-foot "sea monster" was found off the coast of California.
