Though he tried to deny it at a recent debate, Democratic mayoral candidate Patrick Cannon was, in fact, involved in closed-door meetings with the Carolina Panthers earlier this year.

Jonathan Ferrell's toxicology report, released on Friday, shows he had nicotine, caffeine and a legal amount of alcohol in his system when he was shot and killed by CMPD officer Randall Kerrick.
