Music Miley Cyrus cancels tonight's Charlotte show

Miley Cyrus canceled her Charlotte concert at Time Warner Cable Arena tonight 20 minutes before the show was scheduled to start.
The official word via Live Nation is "Cyrus has been diagnosed with flu and doctors have ordered her to rest. She will not be able to perform as scheduled." Oddly, that sentence was followed by "The Miley Cyrus concert scheduled to play PNC Arena Raleigh tomorrow, April 8, will go on as planned."
Though some fans want to blame the cancellation on the recent loss of Cyrus' dog, it should be noted that Cyrus has played other shows in the last few days after its death.
The show will not be rescheduled. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase. Tickets purchased online or by phone will be refunded automatically.
The only Twitter post via Cyrus herself came yesterday:
