Music Menu Recess Fest tonight (8/12/11)

Recess Fest There aren’t a lot of shows where you can catch an eclectic music collective, a Latin rock band and an electronic-based band all under the same roof — in the same night. Recess Fest is designed to give you a glimpse at variety without having to search all over town for it. This night will feature Yardwork, Super Ape, Bakalao Stars, Junior Astronomers and Jason Ajemian & The High Life. 9:15 p.m. $10. Neighborhood Theatre. www.neighborhoodtheatre.com.
