Journey Rarely can a band transition to a new singer and find the kind of success they had originally. Sure, Van Halen and AC/DC can be considered, but they’re clearly not the norm. Neither is Journey. When singer Arnel Pineda was discovered via YouTube, no one thought the guy would be that damn good at not only singing the Journey classics, but at the new tunes as well.
