While we usually use this space to promote shows in town, it just makes sense that we take time to tell you about a big-ass concert popping off this Saturday (Aug. 27) a mere four-hour (or less) drive away in Atlanta: ONE Musicfest 2011.

The all-day festival boasts a lineup worthy of a road trip. Who's playing? Well, you've got folks like Tortured Soul, Anthony David, the Pharcyde, Chrisette Michel, the Cool Kids — plus N.C.'s own Anoop Desai and the Foreign Exchange ... and more (like DJs, art installations, an X-Box gaming station, etc.).

Yeah, that's really worthy of a road trip.
