First Drip (9/16/2013): CMPD officer charged with voluntary manslaughter, naval yard shooting and habits of happy people

Posted By on Mon, Sep 16, 2013 at 10:31 AM

We're starting this week on a somber note. On Saturday, former Florida A&M football player Jonathan Ferrell was fatally shot by CMPD Officer Randall Kerrick. The officer was charged with voluntary manslaughter 19 hours after the incident.

A story that's unfolding as we speak: a shooting at a naval headquarters in Washington, D.C., has injured at least four people, including a police officer. Also, officials announced that at least 1,200 people are missing after flood waters stormed Colorado.

And, because I don't want to totally ruin your Monday, the habits of supremely happy people.
