Specifically, that point where motorists coming down off the I-77 South ramp suddenly find themselves staring at the long lanes of cars on I-485 South, wondering if any driver already firmly rooted in place down in the “parking lot” will be kind enough to let them squeeze into a vehicular mess that doesn’t ease up until a couple of miles down the road (past the Hwy. 51 exits, to be exact).
